White Wine
A clean, fresh and fruity wine with lots of citrus and ripe pear flavours. Dry and crisp with refreshing finish.
Herbal notes and exotic hints of guava and elderflower on the nose, and flavours of gooseberry, citrus and ripe melon.
Nectarine, apricot and peach are in perfect balance with a zesty and well defined citrus backbone.
Delicate floral blossom aromas with hints of pineapple, apricot and peach. The palate is fresh and vibrant, balanced with extra richness in texture from ageing on the fine lees.
Golden colour with an expressive nose of floral notes and green apple. The palate has a classic Chablis minerality, and a long, elegant finish.
Red Wine
Romania may not be the first place you think of when you think of a Pinot Noir but this has all the classic bright red fruit flavours and spicy note you would expect.
This is a classic, fruit driven Shiraz with intense, ripe raspberry and cherry flavours with overtones of vanilla and spice.
Richly flavoured, packed full of plump plum and cedar notes. Ripe and generous tannins tie this wine together.
Herbaceous with hints of fynbos, rosemary and tobacco leaf. The palate bursts with plum and cherries with a long smokey finish.
Rosé Wine
Pale pink, rich in red fruits and floral on the nose. Fresh, crunchy taste, with a good structure.
Pale pink with silver highlights. A cocktail of fruits reminiscent of citrus zest. These first impressions are confirmed as soon as the wine hits the palate and continue pleasantly in a set that manages to marry freshness and roundness.
Champagne & Sparkling
Delicate and aromatic with fine bubbles. This wine carries lots of fresh peach, pear and an elegant zest.
Light pink in colour, with typical copper hues. The bouquet is intense. Delicate hints of acacia flowers, typical of Glera variety, blend with violet and raspberry
notes from Pinot Nero.
This Crémant Brut has a beautiful pale yellow colour. It is made using the traditional method (as in Champagne). It offers a smooth and pleasant sensation
with delicious notes of citrus and green fruit all put together in a long finish.
This is a classic Champagne, full of honeysuckle, brioche and pear flavours.
